Cookery Demonstrations
Graham Sherwin from the The Riva restaurant will be demonstrating his culinary skills in our live demonstration kitchen. You will also be able to go head to head in an ‘Omelette Challenge’ after each demonstration.
Children’s Cookery School
Provided by Cook Stars Rossendale and Blackburn, children will make their own bean burritos using fresh ingredients! All equipment and aprons will be provided. Whilst the Burritos are cooking in the oven children will also be able to decorate a cupcake with a ‘summer flowers’ theme using 2 different types of icing and cutters. These will then be packaged ready to eat or take home! Suitable for children aged 2-17 (under 5’s must be accompanied by an adult).
Entertainment
This year, we will be featuring a raised stage for the entertainment.
Caroline will be getting everybody moving with her Zumba demonstration.

Craft Fair
